I am in love with the room and its size.. I stayed for 2 nights and didnt use any facilities out of the room unfortunately. But the staff was friendly, room was great very clean, i forgot to ask about the slippers 😂😂

It's an apartment-hotel with small kitchen and fridge. Very convenient room, especially with the supermarket next door. I shall certainly come back. Be sure to eat at the Greek restaurant on location. For those who wonder - and for the owner who didn't know: The portrait of the lady in the hall is of Zinaida Yusupova.

Very helpful staff, facilities in room handy for self catering. Supermarket just across the road open until 12. Railway station 20 minute walk. Good value for money.

Very spacy rooms, parking free-of-charge at the property, good breakfast, good communication through the booking.com app. Very quick feedback. Greek restaurant in the building, good food and reasonable pricing.

The room is MASSIVE. I had a room looking out into the street The hotel was clean and accommodative, we arrived before check in but were allowed to access our room. The room has everything we needed and a small kitchenette too. I'd consider it if I was ever in Sandhausen again.

Location was great - quiet but within easy reach of other facilities and within minutes of our main route. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English and took time to escort us to the building where our room was located. The room itself was excellent, really spacious and comfortable. There were basic essentials for 2 people - Cutlery, crockery, glassware etc. However, despite having a hotplate, there were no cooking supplies e.g.pans. Tea and coffee, bottled water and small biscuits were provided, as well as toiletries, which was a nice touch. It was a very warm (30+°) day so the electric fan provided was a blessing. Overall we were delighted and will definitely use Residenz Royal again.

Good location close to a number of bus routes into Heidelberg(18 minutes approx). Clean and comfortable although the double mattress seemed oldish as each time one person moved it disrupted the other causing them to be thrown around. Otherwise everything was fine and the room was very spacious. Friendly, helpful staff. Good Greek style restaurant adjoining, although in separate ownership, serving good food at very reasonable price.

Super facilities and spacious accommodation. Parking right out front as shown and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
